Dear Parents,

We would like to welcome all of our new families to nursery, the children have all settled brilliantly.

Hopefully the weather will be getting a little warmer soon…Please could we remind you to send in a new labelled sun cream and sun hat.

We have recently undertaken our Gold Snack Plus reaccreditation. If you would like any recommendations for meals or snacks then please ask a member of staff and we can share the relevant information with you. It is so lovely to see all of our little ones enjoying such a variety of meals and snacks.

We will be sending out questionnaires shortly, we would be grateful if you could complete these as they help with our Quality Assurance and Inspection process. The information that you provide tells us if we are meeting your needs and expectations.

We are looking forward to welcoming back Miss Jess in June, she will be with us for a few months until she goes travelling again. We are also looking forward to Miss Katie coming back at the beginning of September from maternity leave.

Well done to Miss Charlotte and Miss Sophie who have completed Paediatric First Aid in April.

Miss Charlene and Miss Philippa attended a conference with the DARPL team (Diversity and  Anti-Racist Professional Learning) in March and we are currently undertaking an audit of all of our resources to ensure that we have everything we need. Well done to Miss Beth and Miss Carys who completed the practitioner course with DARPL in April.

Miss Ceri and Miss Philippa have been busy attending courses regarding Additional Learning Needs. If you have any concerns or queries about your child’s development then please speak to your child’s key person.
