At The Rose Garden we offer a settling in period one week prior to your child’s start date. You can bring your child along for a few hours the first day and gradually increase the time so that, by the end of the week, the child has spent a whole day at nursery. Parents can return to work feeling confident that their child is happy and secure and has not been left with complete strangers.
This enables us to build a positive relationship with you and your child.
Communication is of the utmost importance. At The Rose Garden, we operate a keyperson system and always make time to talk at the beginning and end of each day.
