October 2020 Newsletter

Dear Parents,

Thank you to all of you who completed our internal questionnaires. These give us an insight into whether we are meeting your needs and expectations. Thank you all for your lovely comments, they truly are heart-warming to hear.

All of our new policies and procedures regarding Covid-19 are continuing to work well. We are constantly reviewing the guidance given to us by the Welsh Government and Public Health Wales. All documents are available for parents on Tapestry.

We would like to welcome Miss Fern to nursery. Miss Fern has a wealth of experience with all age groups.

Dates for your diary:

Party Week: We will be having Party Week for Halloween week commencing 26th October. Children are welcome to dress up if they would like to and we will be playing lots of games!

Children In Need: Week commencing 9th November – This is a charity close to all of our hearts and one that we have participated in over the past 25 years. We have raised in excess of £40,000 during this time. However, we do not feel it is fair to ask for donations or sponsorship this year during the current climate and so will not be taking part in our annual Brick Build. Nursery will make a donation on behalf of us all. Children are welcome to dress up in Pudsey outfits etc and we will be doing lots of different activities this week.

This month’s topic is Transport and Road Safety.

Thank you for your continuing support.
