October 2021 Newsletter

Dear Parents,

Thank you to all of you who completed our internal questionnaires. These give us an insight into whether we are meeting your needs and expectations. Thank you all for your lovely comments, they truly are heart-warming to hear.

We are continuing to review our policies and procedures regarding Covid-19 and will let you know when we are able to make changes. We are constantly reviewing the guidance given to us by the Welsh Government and Public Health Wales. All documents are available for parents on Tapestry.

Dates for your diary:

Folly Farm Trip: Saturday 2nd October - we will be meeting at the main entrance at 10.30am. If you have any problems or will be late on the day then please text or call nursery mobile.

Party Week: We will be having Party Week for Halloween week commencing 25th October. Children are welcome to dress up everyday if they would like to and we will be playing lots of games!

Children In Need: Week commencing 8th November – This is a charity close to all of our hearts and one that we have participated in over the past 25 years. We have raised in excess of £40,000 during this time. We will be taking part in fundraising this year with our annual Brick Build! Each child will build a tower out of blocks and they can collect sponsorship if they’d like to! We will be handing out sponsor forms shortly. Children are welcome to dress up in Pudsey outfits etc and we will be doing lots of different activities this week.

This month’s topic is Transport and Road Safety.

Thank you for your continuing support.

Kindest Regards,

Ann Khoshbin, staff and children at The Rose Garden
