January 2019 Newsletter

Dear Parents,

Firstly, we would like to wish you all a very Healthy, Happy and Prosperous New Year for 2019. Thank you also for all your generous gifts, cards and good wishes that were received by staff over the Christmas period.

We would also like to welcome our new children and parents to nursery. The children are all settling in very well.

Please can we remind parents that if there are any changes of details, particularly contact details, we do need to be informed immediately to keep our records up to date. Forms are available at nursery.

We are pleased to announce that we have achieved the Early Years Wales (formally Wales Pre-School and Playgroup Association) Quality For All Award at the highest level of Highly Commended for the 6th consecutive year. We are currently working towards the National Day Nurseries Association’s Award and also our Investors In People Award.

The Heritage Centre Christmas Trip took place in December and was enjoyed by children, parents and staff!

Sadly, Miss Lindsey will not be returning to The Rose Garden following her maternity leave. Lindsey has worked here for 16 years and will be missed by us all. She promises to stay in touch. We wish her the very best for the future!

Our theme throughout the nursery this month is ‘All About Me’.

Kind regards,

Ann Khoshbin, staff and children at The Rose Garden.
